The GA house is the new home of a couple with two daughters who were looking to enjoy more interior and exterior space. The plot, located between party walls, has a private garden in the inner courtyard that faces residential blocks.

Located by the magical Laguna de los Siete Colores (Lagoon of the Seven Colors), Boca de Agua blends into the generosity and exuberance of the Yucatán Peninsula and will open its doors on November 1st. The conception of this project is built upon the desire to create a place that contributes to environmental, social, and cultural regeneration while offering its guests an equally regenerative, unique, and relaxing experience in spaces designed by the renowned architect Frida Escobedo, who recently undertook the redesign of the modern and contemporary wing of the MET in NY.

An architectural project rises, challenging the obstacles imposed by the unevenness of the terrain. It is a unique house, rooted in the surrounding earth and blessed with a privileged view of the majestic volcano in its back. In the midst of complexity, innovation finds its home, manifesting through the integration of rammed earth into the walls of the upper floor, a gesture of communion with the surrounding nature. 

The Danec Innovation Center, “La Ola”, is more than a workplace; it is an expression of innovation. Simultaneous Vision: From our simultaneous vision, it is possible to integrate concepts that may appear contradictory with cohesion and unity.

In 2021, we were commissioned to design a small house located in Matanzas, a coastal town in Chile known for its excellent conditions for water sports. The client requested a 70 m2 house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for a young audience, that had to be cost-effective to build and preferably developed on two levels to have sea views.

Zeller & Moye announces Mirage, a public sculpture created by the architecture firm Zeller & Moye and artist Katie Paterson. Located in the olive grove adjacent to the Apple Park Visitor Center, Mirage (2023) features over four hundred glass columns intertwined among the olive trees. The pillars, made of pure molten glass, are crafted with sand collected from deserts around the world. Mirage has been cast into individual glass cylinders, each measuring 1.80 meters in height, by expert glassblowers with the assistance of specialized material scientists.

This solitary figure functions as a signal and as a viewpoint of the landscape (both interior and exterior). With a vertical sequence of rooms, it was built to look at the Andes Mountain Range, hidden behind the native forest. 

We want to create a very simple and sober building while being the most beautiful in the world. We understand that this new building should complete and complement the main building of MagaZZino. To achieve this, it is arranged perpendicular to the first, creating a unified space between them. The new extension is set back from the main complex at an appropriate distance to address functional issues. 

SULA (a genus of seabirds commonly known as boobies) as it was named, is a house that was pre-fabricated in Quito in 2 months, it integrates 17,000 screws and nearly 2,000 custom-made pieces in wood, metal, aluminum, and glass. It was transported in 2 trucks to the port of Guayaquil and in 2 containers to Puerto Ayora – Santa Cruz Galapagos. It was assembled in 1 month with a fixed team of 4 people and 6 itinerant people in different specialties. It was created for Catalina and her family, residents of the islands for over 40 years.
