The location, scale and purpose of this major development required a bold and creative vision, while paying homage to the iconic Ferrari brand.
Eventes Business Garden is an office center located in Matinkylä, Espoo. It has six floors of flexible and configurable office space and two underground parking floors. The ordering party is the constructing company Norvex NLK specializing in glulam buildings. In its intent to design its new office building and the showroom the company decided to run a contest among architects. The key criterion was for the participants to express the versatile use potential of glued laminated timber in architectonic design of this building, to emphasize the modern techniques the material enables to work in, to find new visual solutions.
Large terraces capture the wind and waves on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Set amongst idyllic white sand beaches and coconut groves, this low-key beach home was conceived to give its inhabitants not only a visual but also a literal connection to the sand and water where it belongs.
The police station is located in a municipal plot near the city center. It’s part of a unitary project jointly with the municipal library and the urbanization of the adjacent outer space. The placement of the two buildings, resolves the connectivity between the different free spaces of the environment and allows creating a square in front of the building, which is the public access.

The museum housing the Marli Hoppe-Ritter Collection is situated in a green valley, at the edge of a broad pasture and surrounded by richly forested hills, in the small rural town of Waldenbuch, near Stuttgart. The Ritter company has had its headquarters here since their founding.
