Zahara de los Atunes is one of those places where the ordinary becomes exceptional. Every day has its sunrise and sunset, but the way this happens in this particular place is hard to describe.

We believe architecture goes beyond mere structures; it is a catalyst for joy and harmony capable of transforming communities and uplifting the human spirit. Our design philosophy focuses on challenging boundaries and creating spaces that inspire.
Under the cliffs of Tepozteco emerges LL House, where its monoliths settle as if the weathered stones of the hill had been sculpted to inhabit them. The geometric composition of the house responds to a fragmentation of prisms that join and separate to shape its internal spaces. They come together to create amplitude and disperse to retreat into solitude.
Two years after the inauguration of the Munch Museum in Oslo, Estudio Herreros has completed in the same city “Trosten”, a small project in the form of an architectural manifesto. It is a Floating Sauna that responds to a commission from the non-profit Oslo Sauna Association and their vision of “bringing steam to the people”. Following the architectural tradition of object-pavilions, the project proposes a distinctive volumetry with a strong, colorful component that offers itself as a point of individual and collective use, of retreat and contemplation at the foot of the Munch Museum. The program unfolds in the steam cabin, with its terrace directly overlooking the water and the amphitheater facing the fjord, which allows for the celebration of small events.
Mexico City, the fifth-largest city in the world, faces severe problems that make it increasingly precarious and difficult to inhabit. One of the city’s main issues has historically been water management. In a paradoxical situation of water stress and excessive rainfall, the Basin of the Valley of Mexico presents serious problems for both the urban and natural environments and its inhabitants.
The cultural processes in Babahoyo have traditionally taken place inland, in the city, reinforcing the idea that art and culture can only develop on land. This overlooks the fact that the river is not just a space for mobility but a public space that has been inhabited for centuries, though currently neglected by many.
A new Performance Arts Centre for Brighton College, with a fully equipped 400-seat theatre. The 3000-square meter building incorporates studio spaces, social spaces, classrooms, and a multifunctional theatre hall on a very compact site on the monumental neogothic campus.
Bicentennial Park is a twenty-hectare intervention in Ecatepec, the second most populous municipality in Mexico and part of the metropolitan area of Mexico City. It’s built on a formerly enclosed and abandoned public space. Its transformation combines soft infrastructure strategies for water management through public space, addressing social and environmental needs.
Ennea is a project that is molded by the physical and climatic conditions of its site. Located two blocks from the famous Punta Zicatela beach in Oaxaca, this nine-room hotel is situated on an elevated position relative to the sea and borders a nature reserve. These two conditions, along with the architectural proposal, create an atmosphere that invites disconnection from the every day, offering peace and relaxation, whether surrounded by the region’s characteristic vegetation or enjoying expansive views of the Pacific Ocean.
