A plan for stores and accommodations in the central area of Hiroshima, which is crowded with stylish restaurants and shops. In consideration of profitability, we will make full use of the site of about 35 tsubo, which has a narrow frontage and a long shape in the back, which is unique to urban areas, to eliminate waste and pursue rational architecture, while realizing an iconic design. The Little shoes flagship store is located in Barcelona near Paseo De Gracia. The shop is a retail dedicated to kids.
Basdban, designed by dongqi Architects, is located on the first floor of a historical building in Shanghai that has lived through several renovations. The design of this project is supported by close collaboration between the brand founder, baristas, roasters, graphic designers, structural engineers, constructors, and the dongqi team, in an effort to create a comprehensive space accommodating coffee, roasting, retail, and event functions.
Japan studio based, BAUM, has just finished a renovation of Tsuchinao Shikki, an atelier producing original collection of Echizen pottery and lacquer-ware with over 1500 years of history. Located along a narrow street in suburban Kawada, in Fukui prefecture, the shop present a rectangular shape with six meter of frontage.
We designed a flagship store of the premium sky specialty brand Spyder in Seoul. We made a space expressing two contradictory characteristics of the brand, namely strong and exclusive luxury, and mobility that brings about constant changes.
The shopping experience through spatial and atmospheric parameters has always been the objective of all the projects we have carried out for this brand of sneakers: generating a memorable experience that fixes an identity in the memory of the user and ensures that the space and the brand belong to a particular imaginary.
The Enjoy House brand entrusted TL for the development of the new store facade, located at the intersection of Al Gabriel Monteiro da Silva with Av. Brasil, Jardins district in São Paulo. At the initial briefing, the brand’s biggest concerns were with safety and visibility, because one of the store’s neighbors is a public square with native trees with tall, closed treetops, which greatly darkened the region. TL implemented a facade with an intelligent architecture system, using translucent glass panels illuminated by led.
This is an alteration and conservation project of a store located at Garrett Street 37-39, with 111,70m2 of gross Locabel area. The store was designed by the Architect Conceição Silva with the collaboration of the famous ceramicist Querubim Lapa.
Tsutaya Books commissioned us to design the company’s twentieth store since its restructuring, located in the city of Ebetsu, Hokkaido. The site is adjacent to Ebetsu’s Four Seasons Promenade, a landscaped walking path, and faces a wooded area with many large trees. With a store concept of “a slow-life library in the woods,” our focus was on creating a comfortable space for customers to enjoy.

SWEET & TASTE is located in Aranya Gold Coast, a dessert shop with 46 square meters. The design is inspired by the unclosed fontanelle for babies -“Angel’s Box”.
