New Interior for Casa Batlló Stairs & Atrium / Kengo Kuma & Associates
Casa Batlló is a homage to the light of the Mediterranean: its light, shadow, and colors of the sky and sea. The central courtyard captures all that Mediterranean light and distributes it vertically to all the corners of the house, no matter how remote they are. The color gradation from darker to lighter blue doses the light in its vertical travel and makes sure it does not lose its pigments.

A landscape. Vineyards. A Sea of vineyards surrounds the village. An area of the winery district. In the lower part. Wineries are abused by time and by human beings. Drafts that are asking for help through their demolished buildings on the ground floor. Buildings of which only the trace remains over the years.
ARCA Wynwood Design Center / Esrawe Studio + Superflex
A new concept has arrived in Wynwood this November 2020. Encased in a work of art by SUPERFLEX, ARCA’s Design Center by Esrawe Studio presents a gallery-like experience. Crossing through the colorful exterior art piece, one enters a collection of natural and technological materials triggering a cultural experience.
Co-Housing Denver / PRODUCTORA
This experimental project is located in the first belt of low-density neighborhoods surrounding downtown Denver at only two miles of the city center. It provides centrally located, low-cost housing for individuals or couples while integrating within the morphology of the suburban environment. The site consists of a 50-foot wide parcel divided into two equal lots. According to local zoning codes, we could build the main house and an ‘accessory dwelling unit’ (ADU) on each lot. By organizing each front house into 3 studios, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette, and large communal living space, we managed to have eight units in total: six studios in the front houses, and two split-levels ‘artists’ studios in the ADU’s towards the alley.
Camino de Santiago Trek French Arrival Ramp / CREUSeCARRASCO Arquitectos
The entrance of the “Camino de Santiago” into the city meets between the sacred hill “Monte do Gozo” and the high-speed infrastructures that surround it. Until now, a long and steep staircase solved this slope, built following the lines of the tracks, breaking the continuity of the route and making accessibility difficult for people, preventing mobility in a wheelchair, bicycle, or on horseback.

Located in the context of an over 50-year-old square of the “Viejo Vallarta” heart, Del Río Pharmacy consultorio + medicina is the beginning of a new pharmacy franchise that will be located on different spots of Puerto Vallarta.

We are entrusted with an infrastructure, which houses 3 horses, a utility room, drinking troughs, a toilet, and saddle space. The project seeks to bring together all the services in a single pavilion where all the activities for the care and feeding of the animals are carried out.

Farinera de Can Suau Refurbishment / Montis Sastre Arquitectura
The project to reform the Farinera de Can Suau consists of the performance of a forgotten urban corner in Llubí (Mallorca). Bounded by the rear facades of the adjoining houses, there are two buildings that have historically functioned, one conditioned by the other. It is the Molí de Can Suau, a heritage building, as well as its attached “Farinera”, a later construction dating from 1900. The proposal consists of urban action, generating a new semi-public urban space in the municipality. The resulting project is a new plaza for Llubí where new vertical connections have been placed outside to achieve the greatest free space inside the Farinera.
