The thirteen-story building at 22 Haganim Street in Ramat Hasharon is situated on a large parcel of land (3500 sq. meters). “22 Haganim st. is a unique landmark in the development of an architectural language we have been exploring and developing for the past several years – building ‘Villas in the Air’.” This new language marks a breakthrough of the traditional typology of a building with a ground floor, topped by story after story of identical floors, and a penthouse. The Villas in the Air mark a departure from repetitive, typical floors, and replace them with a variety of types of floors on top of each other, creating large rooftop terraces along the entire height of the building.

House with 11 Views / Marc Koehler Architects

Five small artificial islands mark the border between the suburban expansion of Almere Stad -the new neighborhood ‘Noorderplassen West’- and the nature area ‘Noorderplassen’. House with 11 views is located on one of these islands. Although the distinction between culture and nature is palpable, both are part of the same polder landscape. A landscape that had its origin on the design table and was created out of nothing.

Singapore International School of Bangkok – Phase II / Plan Architect

After the accomplishment of the first phase, Singapore International School of Bangkok requires an expansion for their secondary students. The initial requirement from the school was the auditorium building, including 400-seats multi-purpose hall along with a home for creative art center. Following with the secondary building that serves up to 750 students, two dormitory buildings for students, sport complex, 8-lanes swimming pool, and a football field that sit in the middle surrounded with all facilities.

The building is located in the neighborhood of San Telmo, a traditional neighborhood of Buenos Aires, whose heights are regulated by the building code of the ctiy. For this reason it was necessary to work on a compact building project and this necessarily impact the decision that the access is below the level of the sidewalk.
