The Center is located on the slope of Monte Castillo, surrounded by the winding road that leads to the caves bearing its name. The program required a relatively large volume, on a complex topography plot immersed in a landscape of great beauty.
Rosalind is the first of three buildings planned as a campus expansion in the Andalusia Technology Park in Málaga. The three planned buildings dialogue with each other, offering a new recognizable area that echoes the character of this expanding business zone with a youthful and optimistic spirit.
Independent housing and studio within the Our-Shelves-Houses promotion, are highly conditioned by the context of the surrounding buildings and the remaining buildability (barely 115 m2). The project becomes an exercise in optimization and ingenuity to accommodate a program that was difficult to fit a priori.

They try to be compact buildings, with a little covered surface, versatile and surpassing the very trendy idea of “Glamping” by proposing much more than a simple shelter, from a small habitat to implant in extreme landscapes, such as the slope of a mountain, a forest, the edge of a lake or a river, etc., to a house or a tourist complex that feeds on these pieces of architecture and is completed with the necessary infrastructure, achieving balanced interactions with nature, flora, and fauna, and understanding architecture, its inhabitants and everything around them as part of a continuous and joint organism.
La Casa Z is a weekend retreat located in the coastal resort of Zapallar, facing the Chilean Pacific Ocean, 150 km from Santiago.

The building subject to the intervention is located in the neighborhood of Poblenou in Barcelona, an environment that is undergoing a radical transformation process.
A strong religious calling and a robbery are the circumstances that gave rise to the guiding decisions of this project.
