The Riesco Leguía building is a real estate project that is located on the corner between Presidente Riesco street and Augusto Leguía Norte street in an area of Santiago with renovated offices and residential buildings. There are 36 apartment units of 75, 110, and 115m2 spread over 12 floors. In addition, an access floor, the top floor, common with a pool and barbecue area, and three basements. The decisions we make for the project are divided into two opposite exercises, one centripetal and the other centrifugal. The centripetal allows us to understand those elements of the neighborhood and environment that intervene in the definitions of the project and the centrifugal, which are the experiences of the user through the project.
In this project, a duplex in a residential tower in Tel Aviv, during the planning process we searched for the right mixture of materials, colors, and dynamics so as to provide to our clients, who are coming in from the busy street, a serene and peaceful place, a home.
Sadovye Kvartaly is a huge residential project with four city blocks standing around a recreated pond. A preserved brick manufacturing building suggested the principal material used in the construction of the new houses – brick. Realization of the project has involved several leading Moscow architecture firms, including SPEECH.
The XIII century building, with a facade of great architectural value, is composed of 4 floors and the top floor is a ruin. The interior is partially destroyed leaving only the facade. The proposal contemplates the consolidation of the main ruin facade. The top floor is rebuilt with contemporary lightweight materials because of the difficulty of replacing the existing stonework with certain wear and tear of the time.
The 73 m2 apartment is located in a 19th-century building in the city center of Ljubljana. The original larger apartment was in the past divided into two units, as can be seen from the shortened corridor, which is usually quite long in these sort of apartments.
The concept of circulating through the corridor that leads into each room and then being able to pass from room to room, was thus considerably weakened.
The “Les Hauts de Sévigné” development project, led by the Launay Group, is located between the Rennes-Paris railroad line, the Route de Paris, and the Rigourdière business park. This sector at the entrance to the city is today mainly composed of activities. Eventually, it will be home to approximately 650 housing units and 12,000 m2 of business floor space.
One Hundred is a residential tower overlooking Forest Park in St. Louis. The tower, Studio Gang’s first project in the city, will rise to over 380 feet and include retail, amenities, parking, and residential apartments with views of the park to the west and the Gateway Arch to the east.
This residential project, located on the outskirts of Paris, emerges as a single, sober volume with simple shapes that oscillate between massiveness and transparency due to the alternation between concrete and glass.
Near Sacré Coeur, the site is located within a dense urban fabric marked by the steep relief of the Butte Montmartre. A corner plot, one facade is on rue des Trois Frères, another on the rue Drevet stairway.
