The project arises from the Municipal Urban Development Plan (PMDU) developed by our office, in which it was agreed in a participatory manner that the first project of the newly named Magic Town would have to be a trigger for local economies and the art of Tlaxco. This has a decentralized management model, in which each of the commercial premises is for artisans from different towns of the municipality.

It is said that the market is a placebo for urban life. Green vegetables, red and green fruits, fresh meat and cooked food are placed on the stall, people can walk around and enjoy it. If they feel comfortable, they will talk to various businesses and bargain in order to get some delicious ingredients for the daily meals.

Situated in front of a local mall in Nakorn Ratchasima, some 250 km northeast of Bangkok and gateway to the Northeastern provinces of Thailand, the market offers a diverse array of goods. The name “Dadad” meaning “various or plentiful ” in Northeastern slang best captures the essence of this temporary market, serving as a gathering spot for locals and youngsters alike.
