Introduction
Tangshan Blue Bay Town Project is located on the southeast coast of Leting County, Tangshan City and on the north side of Tangshan Bay International Tourism Island. As a commercial center of the project, the town center is located at the southwest corner of the project base, where Xiangying Road and Haijing Avenue join at 70 degrees in a narrow and long triangle land to define the land area with functions including life experience hall and community facilities.

The Sales Center in Wenzhou TOD New Town / NAN Architects
TOD International New City sales office is an experimental architecture piece designed by NAN Architects. The project is located next to the S1 Railway Technology City Station, at the intersection of Wenzhou Avenue and Yongle Road. It is an undeveloped land. The site is divided into north and south two parts, by the commercial street leading to the railway. The project is located on the northwest side of the site, facing the railway, surrounded by multi-level commercial streets, subway stations, parking lots and other functional areas. “How to create an organic connection between people and city through porosity is the leading concept of this project.

Set in a rustic red-brick warehouse, REHAU’s Design Haus is not your ordinary showroom. Founded in Germany in 1948, REHAU is best known for their quality doors & windows and a vast range of interior finishes. Launching their first showroom in Melbourne, they provided us with a simple design statement; they were seeking to create a space where visitors felt like they were stepping into their own dream home – familiar, comfortable, lush, light-filled, and open.
Poly He Clubhouse / ZHUBO DESIGN
Poly Courtyard is located in Chenxiang Town, northwest of Changtai County, Zhangzhou adjacent to Xiamen. We were invited to create the project in a southern Fujian style community club for Poly Group, which will serve as a sales center at early stage and a public club for the entire community in later period. By inheriting the cultural philosophy of “harmony builds goodness”, it has been the direction we are exploring to naturally integrate traditional elements into the design.
