Set in a gritty, character-filled pocket of Richmond, Industry Lanes, is a new mixed-use precinct comprising 25,000 sqm of interconnected buildings that occupies an entire city block at 459 Church Street. Architectus collaborated with Salta Properties and Abacus to transform the 5,200 sqm site into a commercial and lifestyle hub for a new wave of workers seeking mixed experiences from their physical workplace.
Architecture with creative space and change- The project is an advertising company office building in the site on the back road of Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu, and the biggest goal is to differentiate the building as a creative space from surrounding rental buildings that seek an economical floor area ratio.
Design elements and cognition from the Yeonnam-dong Forest Trail- The office building is located on a side road inside a block that does not directly face the Yeonnam-dong Forest Trail, but its front faces the alley leading into the side road. Taking advantage of this, we plan a building that communicates with the forest trail in a location that maximizes direct access to the forest trail.
Context – The Ritratana Building B is conceived as an urban hub aimed at revitalizing the densely populated residential area around the “Ramkamhaeng-Rama9 Intersection,” featuring collective workspaces and communal areas. This neighbourhood is characterized by the rapid increase of high-rise residential buildings without support facilities, largely due to the recent expansion of the MRT (Metropolitan Rail Transit) orange line.
Wentz is a Brazilian brand of furniture, lighting, and accessories that through its pieces seeks to bring naturalness to living, with harmonious and sensory simplicities. With a contemporary aesthetic with tropical vibes, they present a new perspective on living, where each piece conveys a perfect balance between simplicity and functionality.

The office of a locally-based construction company is located near a shopping street with a nostalgic atmosphere. In planning, the client hoped that the office would have a relationship with the local community, such as being open to the local community and creating a casual atmosphere in which everyone feels welcome.
Built-in the rapidly growing urban settings of Aftabnagar, an area of eastern Dhaka, the project represents the true aesthetics of a contextual, cultural landscape incorporating local materials and artisans with a blend of sustainable design features. The building serves as both a residence and a design studio for the architect, spanning three stories and nestled in a modest plot of approximately 200 square meters. Despite space constraints, the challenge was embraced as an opportunity to create a serene haven amidst the urban chaos.
