UNQ Office Building is a fascinating project by Rawand A. Amin Restaurant. Offering a simple square shape, there are many institutions included inside: retail, medical center and the main space for offices. The shape simplicity of the structure ended up with the lowered costs for construction and increased concern about the facade design. There are many facade elements connecting the structure with the natural environment, making it as a substitution element of the living nature surrounding it.
